VS is a law graduate and member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and has been practicing on the Corporate and commercial side. Being the another founding Partner of the Firm he looks after various matters from corporate restructuring to advisory matters including FEMA matters, Transactional services and due diligence matters, Corporate taxation - domestic and cross border exposures to corporate tax planning.

VS, has been in practice for more than 15 years and instrumental in the firm’s practice in fields of corporate law, corporate taxation, corporate consultancy, FEMA matters, Intellectual Property matters, RERA matters, MSMEs matters and commercial litigation. He has practiced extensively in corporate, civil & commercial laws and foreign exchange matters, wherein he has dealt with complex legal, commercial and financial issues and cases, including cases of significant public importance and interest in various courts including Delhi High Court and various Tribunals. His forte lies in the area of Corporate and civil litigation, PMLA matters & FEMA matters including money laundering matters, EOW matters, Consumer matters and has been part of several leading corporate litigations in India. His expertise also includes corporate restructuring including merger / amalgamations, rehabilitation IBC & compromise schemes. He has been engaged in a number of restructuring of large corporations including MNC’s in India.

VM is a commerce Graduate and Law Graduate from prestigious Delhi university and one of the founding partners of the Firm.

VM, has been in practice on commercial and civil side, banking laws and debt recovery matters, criminal trails and Arbitration matters for more than 15 years and is credited for the firm’s practice in the fields of Civil and criminal side, corporate law, consumer litigation, Arbitration IBC and commercial litigation. He has dealt with complex legal, commercial and civil issues and cases, including cases of significant public importance and interest. He has standing of 15 years in Delhi High court and has represented clients before various courts and Tribunals.

Gaurav is a law graduate from Delhi University. He is Advocate on Record in Supreme Court, having over 15 years of post qualification experience handling civil and criminal litigations in and outside Delhi. Beside that, handle legal corporate issue and intensive contract drafting work and day to day legal affairs of companies at our Legal panel.

Parijat Sinha is a Delhi-based Advocate and Legal Consultant. Y. Patil International University, and such others. His career has spanned diverse regions across India as well as Dubai, UAE, and Australia, giving him broad exposure to business, regulatory, and global strategic environments. Alongside his corporate career, he has been a longstanding visiting faculty member in management, branding, and financial markets at premier institutions such as Mumbai University’s K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research. Parijat is also an active author, socio-political analyst, and researcher. He has authored a popular book on India’s political landscape and is currently working on books related to law and justice. He has been associated with corporate and government documentary projects and has appeared on several media platforms—including Sansad TV, CNBC Group’s Moneycontrol, and TV18 Network—offering insights on socio-economic and political issues. He holds degrees of LLB, MBA, CFP, and multiple credentials in capital markets and related disciplines, along with certifications in photography and instrumental music. With a multidisciplinary background, Parijat brings a broad lens to every legal case— connecting legal doctrine with real-world dynamics to craft arguments that are coherent, compelling, and just. She is Ex Bank of Baroda employee from Legal Domain and She specializes in the area of Banking & Finance, Project Finance, Real Estate Funding, General Corporate Advisory, Insolvency & Bankruptcy laws, etc. She also appears before judicial and quasi-judicial forums. Being a seasoned debt finance lawyer, Ms. Preeti Sinha plays a pivotal role in the firm’s Banking & Finance practice. Some of the key clients she has worked with includes entities which are nationalised banks, private banks, NBFCs, infrastructure companies and real estate developers.

Pranav is a law graduate from a prestigious university and a member of the VMA Legal Team, with over five years of experience in corporate, banking, and commercial matters.
