He has dealt with complex legal, commercial and civil issues and cases, including cases of significant public importance and interest. He has standing of 15 years in Delhi High court and has represented clients before various courts and Tribunals.
His forte lies in the area of civil, criminal and corporate litigation and he has been part of several complex litigations in various courts in India. His expertise also includes drafting various documents and deeds. He has been engaged in a number of Arbitration as Arbitrator in commercial disputes.
He has tremendous experience and expertise to his credit in trail matters before various civil and criminal courts.
