Over 22 years in commercial and civil practice, banking and debt recovery, criminal trials and arbitration. Standing of 22 years in Delhi High Court, with representation before various courts and Tribunals.
Expertise
Civil, criminal and corporate litigation; drafting of documents and deeds; engagement as Arbitrator in commercial disputes, including IBC and commercial litigation.
